I am a DONA International trained Birth Doula. My goal is to help you have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience. This is a very special day in your life. I provide non-judgemental and inclusive care and want you to feel informed and sound in all your plans, choices and decisions. Birth has always been a passion of mine and I feel fortunate to have experienced it both personally with my two children and with clients. I look forward to getting to know all my clients, their families and partners or those attending and sharing in their birth experience! We are here to support and advocate for you!

Prenatal Visits
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, questions or concerns you may have. Prenatal Visits also allow me to understand your birth vision, need and how we can best support you.
Birthing Guidance
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need. During birth we offer both in person and virtual support.
Postpartum Support
My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible after birth.
